Carmel Composite PU College organized a Staff Orientation Programme on 13 June 2026 to mark the beginning of the new academic year. The session was led by Dr. Preethi Keerthi D'Souza, who spoke on “Advancing Academic Productivity through Self-Investment.” She inspired the faculty to embrace continuous self-development, adopt innovative teaching methods, and positively influence students through their character and commitment. The programme featured interactive activities, motivational videos, and team-building exercises that fostered collaboration and enthusiasm among the staff. Principal Sr. Felcita AC appreciated the wholehearted participation of the faculty and encouraged them to carry the spirit of learning and service throughout the year. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and a fellowship meal, leaving the staff motivated and energized for the academic journey ahead.
