A Drug Awareness Programme was conducted at Carmel PU College, Modankap on 23 June 2026 in collaboration with the Bantwal Town Police Station under the theme “Say No to Drugs, Yes to Life.” The programme began with a welcome address by Vice Principal Sir Suresh. The resource person, Mr. Sandeep Kumar Shetty, educated students about the harmful effects of drug abuse and emphasized the importance of making responsible choices, resisting negative influences, and adopting healthy lifestyles. The session was highly informative and created awareness among students about the importance of staying drug-free and becoming responsible citizens.
