A Drug Awareness Program was organized on 31st August 2026 by Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP), B.C. Road in collaboration with Carmel Composite PU College, Modankap, to sensitize students about drug abuse and its impact. The program was graced by Principal Sr. Maria Felcita A.C. and Resource Person Mr. Jayarama Poojary. The program commenced with a prayer by II Arts students and lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by a welcome address by Mrs. Akshatha. The resource person highlighted the harmful effects of substance abuse on health, academics, and future of youth. Students took an oath to lead a healthy and drug-free life with the message "Say No to Drugs". The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Krishna.
